What should I do to start using iNavis?

You can Sign up and immediately start using iNavis for free, within the limit of two boats and five contacts.

To exceed these limits you must activate a paid subscription.

How long does it take for it to be operational

Can I use iNavis App anywhere and with all devices?

Yes, you can use it with all smartphones by downloading the APP and with PC and MAC in the browser version, by entering inavis.it.

How much does iNavis cost?

50€ per month (600 € year)

How many boats can I put in?

Once you have activated a subscription, there are no limits. You can display all the boats/contacts you want.

Can I send the boat cards?

Yes, and you can choose from 6 different layouts including Basic Print, Full Print and Brochure.

Can I save the boat cards and then send them via WhatsAPP?

Yes, all PDF of the boat cards can be saved and sent, or they can be sent via email directly from iNavis (both using the App or the Browser).

Are the boat cards translated into different languages?

Yes, the languages available are Italian, English, French, Spanish, German and Russian. When sending the different formats in pdf (basic print, brochure, etc.) it is always possible to choose in which language you want to send the boat cards. iNavis creates the printouts in real time, so data are always updated with the latest changes made.

Can I make Quotations?

Yes, in two ways:

  • By being enabled to use the price lists uploaded by other Navis.net users (Shipyards or Dealers). Ask us for more information!
  • By inserting them manually.
  • This feature is available for Enterprise subscriptions.

On which portals is it possible to publish boats through iNavis?

At the moment there are more than 25, and they are constantly increasing because, if possible, we try to satisfy the needs of our customers.

I publish ads on different portals, how can iNavis be useful to me?

It can be useful for 2 reasons:

  • Anytime and anywhere you can update the boat on iNavis and during the night the ads are updated on the Portals.
  • Allows you to try out new Portals. If you are offered a free trial, the only thing you will need to do is ask us to activate the portal. We will send them the feed with your boats and the ads will be online in a few days.

Is it possible to connect my site to iNavis to get updated boats?

Yes and there are 2 modes:

  • Wordpress Plugin, PHP Pages or ASP.NET applications
  • It consists of a set of pages, to be included on the Nautical Company's website, to display the Boats (Sale/Charter) and/or the Berths managed with Navis.net. After purchase, the pack is inserted by us and you can choose different presentation layouts for the boat list and filters.
  • API
  • You are provided with the data of the boats, data that your Web Agency will re-elaborate to present them on the Site with the graphics and layout you prefer. You can also implement your own SEO strategy. Our database is based on a text indexing component, so this means our cloud platform is significantly faster than any local database. This means that if a boat is added or modified, after a maximum of 15 minutes, the modification will be visible on the site. For more information Contact us

Does the iNavis subscription include the subscription to the portals?

The only portal included in the iNavis subscription is YachtVillage.net. For the others it is necessary to have an active subscription with the Portal.

I don't publish boats on portals, what could iNavis do for me?

You can send the boat cards to your customers, produce and send quotations, and always have your communications history at your disposal. Never forget anything and keep your data organized and updated.

I don't like technology, is it difficult to use?

iNavis is very intuitive and in no time it will be very natural for you to use it. We provide a small user manual, and we are available from Monday to Friday to give you support via email or telephone. Sign Up and you’ll see that it’s very easy!

I have a small agency, is it suitable for me?

Sure, it's perfect. You will always have boats at hand, therefore also photos and brochures, personal data, telephone numbers and mini CRMs for the history and the possibility of sending cards and quotations.

I manage several sellers and collaborators, is it suitable for our reality?

iNavis has only one account because it is perfect for small businesses. The Navis.net platform covers the needs of larger companies through other products. For companies with multiple employees, the best choice is our Navis.net platform. Contact us for more information.

Are the contact details I uploaded to my iNavis account safe?

All your data is stored on Microsoft Azure, the second largest Cloud provider in the world. This solution allows us to offer the highest standards of security and protection from intrusions.
